These terms govern your use of Tab Volume Mixer (the "Software"), a browser extension provided by DIVDEV ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. The free version is provided at no cost. The Pro unlock is a one-time purchase for your personal use; please don't share your unlock code publicly.
Use the Software lawfully and don't attempt to resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer it for redistribution.
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will work with every website or browser version, as third-party sites and Chrome may change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIVDEV is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here.
